Service Description

Cancellation - Greater than 24 hours' notice: No fee - Each person is issued an initial warning, following the initial warning the below will apply o Less than 24 hours' notice: Results in a charge for the full lesson fee, or loss of lesson hour o No-shows: Charged the full lesson fee Program Billing - All programs are to be billed by the month from the last billing date (ex. bill #1 – July 12th, bill #2 August 12th) - You may cancel your program at any time - You must use all your lesson hours with the monthly window o ***There is a 7-day grace period for roll over time – however you will still be billed for the upcoming month.
