A Personalized Approach to Elite Golf Performance
Competitive improvement requires more than working on swing mechanics. I begin by assessing how you move, how your swing performs, and where you lose strokes. From there, we create a development plan based on your strengths, weaknesses, and competitive goals.
Swing & Body Assessment
Use TrackMan data, force plate analysis, and TPI movement screening to identify opportunities for more efficient movement, ball striking, and consistency.
Technical Swing Development
Make purposeful swing improvements based on your movement patterns, club delivery, ball flight, and performance goals.
Movement & Swing Speed
Develop more effective golf movements and improve clubhead speed, power, and launch conditions through individualized training.
Short Game & Scoring
Improve wedge play, putting, and on-course decision-making through targeted evaluations and performance-focused practice.
Mental Performance
Use FocusCalm neurofeedback and performance routines to develop better focus, composure, and confidence during competitive rounds.
Practice & Tournament Preparation
Follow structured practice plans, prepare for increasingly competitive events, and track meaningful performance statistics to guide ongoing improvement.
Competitive Player Results
Every golfer progresses differently, but a structured plan can create meaningful competitive improvements.
Cameron: Collegiate Golf Success
Cameron wanted to compete at the highest level in West Virginia amateur golf. We developed a plan centered on challenging practice sessions, progressively stronger tournaments, and consistent performance tracking.
In 2021, he became the youngest player to qualify for both the West Virginia Open and West Virginia Amateur in the same year. In 2023, he achieved his goal of winning the West Virginia Amateur.
PGA Professional: Senior Division Success
An experienced PGA Professional wanted to regain consistency and develop a swing better suited to his physical capabilities.
Through weekly offseason coaching and individualized swing adjustments, he returned to competitive play with his lowest scoring average in years and earned senior division player recognition.
Individual results vary depending on experience, training consistency, and personal goals.
